Driving lessons are provided subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below:
1) We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic. 2) At least 24 hours’ notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full lesson rate. 3) All lessons must be paid for in advance by bank transfer; no later than 48 hours prior to your lesson. Failure to make payment will result in your lesson being cancelled. Repeat cancellations will result in your regular spot being reopened and offered to new pupils. 5) If you are unable to keep up with regular lessons, please talk to the ADI to see if alternate arrangements can be made. 4) Online payments for gift vouchers expire after 6 months but can be extended if requested within the time limit. 5) Driving tests MUST only be booked with the Driving Instructor’s (ADI) agreement. Booking a driving test is NOT a guarantee that the student will be test ready by that date. 6) The ADI will only provide a tuition vehicle for the purpose of taking the driving test IF they consider the student to be of a sufficient standard so as to successfully pass the test. If the ADI does not consider the student to be test ready, the test date may need to be changed or cancelled. The decision of the ADI in this matter is final. 7) Practical tests can be booked through the driving school, payment of the test fee must be made within 24 hours of the booking confirmation being issued. No additional charges are made for this service. 8) Students may book their own test date however the availability of the ADI cannot be guaranteed. 9) In the event of an unsuccessful attempt, the student MUST maintain an appropriate level of practice ahead of any re-test. A schedule will be agreed upon with the ADI. Where a student does not maintain the agreed level of practice, the ADI may not provide the tuition vehicle for the purposes of taking the re-test. 10) The driving school operates a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of bullying, harassment and discrimination; along with all forms of unreasonable behaviour. 11) Driving lessons may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the ADI. 12) The student is responsible for obeying the Highway Code at all times and is therefore wholly liable for any fines, penalty points, or prosecution as a consequence of their driving.
